• 1 Bell Pepper (Use Red for Color) med dice

• 1 1/2 Cups fresh Italian Parsley (rough chop)

• 1/2 Cup red onion med dice

• 3 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil (EVOO)

• 3 Garlic Cloves minced

• 1/3 Cup Feta Cheese
