If you are looking for seafood, you must try the Shrimp Casserole Pomodoro. Cheesy Goodness you can even watch Chef make it HERE!

Everyone knows I love Lamb Chops and Chef Ashayer always puts his touch on this classic dish! Chef is still keeping it a secret, but when I find out the WORLD will know!

Yes that good, I snuck back in the next night just to have more! If there is one item you should order it’s the Lamb Chops!

I told you the bread is made fresh around the clock and the smell in the restaurant is amazing!

Makes sure you ask for the English menu…

…or if you are with friends like I was that can speak and read Hebrew go with what they get you!

One thing you will notice is the emphasis on FRESH at Shipudei Rachamin Sumcha Ubanav! The salads are never ending and super good!

Don’t worry eat up, they will keep them coming!

The buffet at the Ambassador Hotel Jerusalem Restaurant offers a range of tastes from Middle Eastern classics to American and Italian favorites…

…loaded with salads, dips, soup, fresh bread and All fresh made daily, it’s a wonder I make it to the main course!

Always a great variety of meats, fish, hot and cold sides. The only complaint I had, is that I only have 1 stomach and wanted to keep eating!

Desserts, Desserts, Desserts…all made fresh and at the Ambassador Hotel. You can even get a cake to go at the Patisserie Sheikh Jarrah!

Chef Ahmad Ashayer is always surprising me every time I am at the Ambassador Hotel with fresh made desserts and even a few cakes that any American would like!
