Grilled Corn Salad Recipe Easy Corn Recipes – It’s still summer and in AZ it’s summer all year around…try this super easy and super good Roasted Corn Salad recipe with On The Road Eats No Salt All Purpose Seasoning!
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 Tbsp On The Road Eats No Salt All Purpose Seasoning
• 1/2 Purple Onion Quartered
• 5 Cloves Garlic
• 3 Ears Yellow Corn
• 4 Sprigs of Basil
• 2 Tbsp Parsley
• 15 Cherub Tomatoes
• 1/4 Cup Avocado Oil
• 1/3 Cup Feta Cheese
Here is what cha do!
- Quarter the purple onion, chop the parsley and basil.
- Skewer the onions, garlic and tomatoes.
- Get charcoal grill rolling, add the veggies and grill until golden brown. Corn will take longer to cook.
4. Let the corn cool off, and cut kernels off of each ear. Add to mixing bowl.
5. Add tomatoes whole to a bowl.
6. Rough chop the onions, garlic and green onions. Add to the bowl.
7. Add chopped parsley, sliced basil, avocado oil, feta cheese and OTRE No Salt All Purpose Seasoning.
8. Mix until all incorporated and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve as a side or this is a great Salad on its own…Big on flavor and No Salt = a Win Win Salad!
